Just a lurker for now
I/We are looking for
I want to apologize to those who have emailed us and I haven't responded. Our life has changed so much due to my husband's heart condition. It has come to the point where he is now waiting for a new heart. Emotionally life has been a roller coaster ride. You think you have friends but when times get hard you get left out in the field alone.
I am extremely close to my husband. He is the kindest, gentlest, sweetest man I know. Every time he has to go back in the hospital he has the nurses charmed.
Enjoy this lifestyle but be thankful for your spouse. You never know what the future might hold.
Describe Yourself:
Wow it has probably been a year since I have been on the site. For those who remember our story my husband did get his heart transplant. It happened just over a year ago. He did well but suffered a stroke a week later. It took several week to regain the use of his legs. Thankfully today he is doing well. The heart is great. He still has a few problems due to the stroke but nothing really major. He still spoils me by cooking and cleaning. Sex is out now but cuddling is wonderful. I married a wonderful guy! Take care of yourselves and each other. Remember love is so much more than sex. P.S. yes i still keep a battery handy...lol
Tell us about your fantasies and/or real experiences.
We have been in the lifestyle for around 5 years. We have had both good and bad experiences. I have no regrets and would do it all again.
What else would you like to say, do, see, hear about or learn about.
Be an organ donor. Sign the back of your driver's license. Talk to your spouse. We never thought this would happen to us. We never knew he had a heart condition. 6 months from his first by-pass surgery (he had 2 in a 6 week period) he was on the transplant list. You never know what the future holds. Take time to relax. Say "I love you" daily. Hold hands. Kiss often. Live life!
